Collapse ▲Happy New Year Macon County 4-H Families!! It is time for re-enrollment for the 2020 year. Here is a list of steps for re-enrolling for this upcoming year. Please let our office know if you have any questions or issues.
1. Go to 4HOnline
2. Enter your login information – it should consist of your email address and a password
3. The next screen will have an orange box with “Continue to Family” – click on this box
4. Beside each youth’s name is an edit icon – click on this to update
5. After you click edit a new page will appear – at the bottom is the option to “Enroll for 2020”
6. You now have the ability to scroll though your child’s information and update any new information
7. At the bottom of each page will be a “Continue” icon to go to the next page
8. You will need to re-select the following information and update for this year:
• 4-H Medical Informed Consent for Treatment permission
• Code of Conduct
• N.C. 4-H Photographic Publicity Release permission
• Look through your health information to make sure it is still correct
• Finally, make sure the correct clubs and projects are chosen for this year
9. For families with multiple youth – please repeat this edit and update for each member
10. You will receive an email that your youth is pending and our 4-H Staff will go in and re-enroll your 4-H for this year
