Meta-Analysis of 21 Years of Studies on GMO Corn Shows Increased Yield and Reduced Mycotoxins

Italian scientists performed a meta-analysis of GMO corn over 21 years. Their study found a 5.6 to 24.5 percent increase in yield relative to their non-GMO equivalents and a 28.8 percent decrease in mycotoxins.  The study also found very little influence on non-target insect populations in GMO corn.
