“GMOs Are Vital Against Hunger,” Says Nobel Laureate Sir Richard J. Roberts

Nobel Laureate Sir Richard J. Roberts gave a presentation about how genetically modified crops can help improve nutrition in developing countries around the world. His presentation was given at the Lindau Nobel Laureate meetings in June this year. You can watch the presentation and read the blog for more information. Sir Roberts is an English biochemist and molecular biologist.

In 2016, Sir Roberts and other Nobel laureates wrote and signed a letter called Laureates Letter Supporting Precision Agriculture (GMOs) addressed to the leaders of Greenpeace, the United Nations and governments around the world.
